Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of EB Specialists Inc. dba Guru of Insurance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Guru of Insurance is an employee benefits firm located in King George, Va., that provides clients in the region with employee benefit planning and group employee benefits.
