Gallagher Re promoted Mark Hansen to the role of chief operating officer. He served at Willis Re North America as chief operating officer and director of U.S. operations.

Coastal Insurance Underwriters announced the following appointments:

  • Sim Bridges - president
  • Kim Bushong Petrillo - president

Platinum Specialty Underwriters appointed Meghan Hamlin as program manager, with her primary responsibility being the oversight of Platinum Excess Liability. She previously served at Chubb and Liberty Mutual.
