Zachary Gustafson oversees the Claims and InsuranceNow businesses at Guidewire. Over the course of his 12-year tenure, he has served as a special assistant to Guidewire’s CEO, instantiated Guidewire’s Customer Success practice, and led Guidewire’s Strategic Advisory (previously Value Consulting) organization. Prior to joining Guidewire, Zach enjoyed a cross-industry career in consulting at Accenture, where he led technology programs at customers in multiple industries, including utilities, healthcare, government, and insurance.

Darin Reffitt is responsible for product marketing for the InsuranceNow and Guidewire Solutions products.
