David started as a commercial lines underwriter trainee and has worked directly in all aspects of the P&C Insurance Operations. Through this period of time, David was promoted to increasingly more senior levels, reaching executive level positions in each of the jobs he undertook. His skills were often sought out to assist in resolving companywide problems that required both direct and strategic leadership.
David worked with the carrier to specifically replace legacy Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims Management and ERP systems. Today the carrier is on brand new platform for all lines of business written with innovative tools such as automated underwriting decision optimizing tools. David also worked on helping the Wholesaler leverage technology to smooth the agent experience while improving the back office efficiencies on placement, Agency Management and Accounting. The P&C experience was directly put to work to focus on real-time data to improve the underwriting results, operational efficiency and innovation around working with agents
