Established in 2008, IPFC provides forensic accounting, economic, valuation and expert consulting services to law firms, corporations, educational institutions, government agencies and individuals in the context of business transactions and disputed matters, including intellectual property infringement actions and commercial litigation.

Sedgwick acquired Temporary Accommodations, which provides high-quality, temporary housing and related services to displaced policyholders.

Mosaic Insurance launched a transactional liability team in the United Kingdom and expanded its M&A unit in the United States to respond to the global market’s record pace and volume of deal activity.
