Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts announced that Eric Dunning, the director of government affairs for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, has been named the next director of the Nebraska Department of Insurance (NDOI). Dunning has over 15 years of experience as an attorney for NDOI and advised agency leadership on legal matters pertaining to insurance regulation during that time.
EMC Insurance Companies appointed Ann Collins as senior vice president and chief financial officer. She served at Continental Western Group as CFO and senior vice president.
