Bob Peterson, who has been with the company for more than two decades, was promoted to president of the company in August. He recently sat down to chat with us on PropertyCasualty360.com's Insurance Speak podcast to provide an overview of Sedgwick's many business areas, discuss how it has been affected by the coronavirus, where it's focusing for the future, and to highlight the opportunities he sees for the company and the industry.

Peterson says that the company's guiding principle is that "caring counts" and this applies to both their colleagues and customers.
