BKS Partners appointed Frank Baker as its new partner. He joined the firm as a founding member in 2006. Corvus Insurance appointed Sam Kramer as vice president of reinsurance. He previously worked at Zurich, AmTrust, and at Houlihan Lokey. Burns & Wilcox Brokerage announced the following appointments:

Willis Towers Watson appointed Fiona Shaw as head of data, analytics and innovation for its global facultative business. She most recently lead strategy & operations for global facultative business within corporate risk & broking. National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) announced that Commissioner Ricardo Lara joined as co-chair of the NAIC's Climate & Resiliency Executive Task Force, which was created to act as a coordinating and cross-cutting group on climate issues. Arceo.ai appointed Thomas Gamble as executive vice president, global chief distribution officer. Prior to joining Arceo.ai, Gamble served as national brokerage leader for Arch Insurance Group. Ironshore Environmental appointed Kelly Killimett to lead its newly established wholesale team. She previously served as the head of the environmental business unit at Argo Group. Westfield announced that Jennifer Palmieri joined as chief people officer. She previously served as vice president of HR at Cigna. International General Insurance Holdings, Ltd. appointed Brian James as a class underwriter for cargo. He previously worked at Neon Underwriting.
