There's always a risk when driving, but there are 15 cities in the United States that tout a safer driving experience than other cities across the country, according to the 2019 Allstate America's Best Drivers Report.

Understanding there are numerous factors to consider with car crashes, including the number of cars on the road, Allstate standardized the rankings to level the playing field between drivers in densely populated areas and their counterparts in smaller cities.
