Prior to joining Novarica, Tom served as VP of Technology and Systems at Navy Mutual, served as CIO/CTO at two medium nonprofits in the Washington, DC area, and worked in IT project management at PG&E and General Electric. Tom holds an MS from MIT and a BS from Cornell University.
