William Mauro, ISO Senior Director,  CourtSideTM

William (Billy) Mauro is director of commercial casualty product development at ISO. Since joining ISO in 2003, Mr. Mauro has been involved in the development of many of ISO's commercial casualty initiatives, including drone coverage options, data breach exclusions, additional insured revisions, and liquor liability coverage options.

Mr. Mauro has also helped develop ISO's businessowners, farm, homeowners, home healthcare, and the market segments programs – and now most recently, CourtSide.

Mr. Mauro has contributed articles to several insurance publications and Gen Re's Policy Wording Matters, and has presented at events run by a number of industry organizations, including the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals, the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (now APCIA), and the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Before joining ISO, he was a licensed life insurance agent and worked on life insurance product services at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Mauro graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business management and finance from Brooklyn College, a City University of New York.
