Rosalie L. Rosalie has written and edited publications on employment and labor law, safety, retirement plans, healthcare compliance and environmental law. In addition to her experience in legal publishing, Rosalie has been a benefits communications consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

Before joining ALM Media LLC, Rosalie was the contributing author and editor of several insurance industry and legal publications, including Employment Practices Liability: Guide to Risk Exposures and Coverage and Guide to Captives and Alternative Risk Financing, published by The National Underwriter Company.

Scott Moore | Executive Vice President of Operations and EHS | ATI Restoration

Scott Moore has worked at ATI for the past 19 years. He specializes in the restoration and reconstruction industry, managing projects for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, school and hospital clients.

Scott's main responsibilities include ensuring standardization and quality among all 20 ATI locations by developing and enforcing the company's standard operating procedures. He handles large loss restoration projects throughout the United States and heads up ATI's catastrophe (CAT) division. Scott also oversees hiring, equipment purchasing and inventory management. Most recently, Scott took on the responsibility of managing ATI's Environmental Health and Safety Management Department.

Tim Russell | Senior Member | The Russell Agency

Tim, along with his brother George, is a third generation owner of The Russell Agency, LLC. The Russell Agency is an independent insurance agency located in Southport, CT.

Tim received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance, with an Agency Management tract, from The University of Georgia. He joined the Agency in 1994, where he concentrates mainly on Commercial insurance. Since joining the Agency, Tim and George have seen the Agency volume grow many times over.

Tim is currently the Immediate President of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents. Founded in 1931, PIA is a national trade association that represents member insurance agents and their employees who sell and service all kinds of insurance, but specialize in coverage of automobiles, homes and businesses.

Randy McKee | Head of CAT Claims | The Hartford

Randy McKee is Head of CAT Claims at The Hartford. His responsibilities also include managing The Hartford's Property Major Case, Commercial Auto and Property and Centralized Auto operations. Before moving into his current role, McKee was the vice president of Auto and Property Field Claims, where he was accountable for managing The Hartford's Regional Claim Operations. In his nearly 20-year career at The Hartford, he has also served regional vice president of the company's Central Property Claim Center and as a director on the Quality Team. Prior to working for The Hartford, McKee spent 11 years with Allstate, where he worked as a multi-line claims representative, claims supervisor, financial analyst, agent and sales manager. He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois.

butch Butch Kinerney | Chief of Marketing & Outreach | FEMA

Butch Kinerney is Chief of Marketing and Outreach for the National Flood Insurance Program within the Federal Emergency Management Agency. In that role, he oversees the multi-million dollar Customer-Centric Communications initiative to educate home and business property owners about the necessity of protecting themselves against the financial devastation wrought by floods. He also oversees all customer communications for the Federal Insurance Directorate within the Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration. Since 2012, he's been an integral part of implementing of legislative changes to the NFIP.

Butch has served in many capacities since joining FEMA in 2004: as chief of strategic communications for the Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration where he oversaw efforts to help communities and the public build safer, stronger and smarter to lessen the impact of natural and manmade disasters. He has served as spokesperson for the National Flood Insurance Program, spokesperson for FEMA's Mitigation Division and he received a battlefield appointment to FEMA Press Secretary during the 2005 hurricane season immediately following the departure of FEMA senior staff in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. He's also been a field disaster information officer for a number of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and other events.
