AAIS (American Association of InsuranceServices), a national nonprofit insurance advisoryorganization governed by its member insurance companies,appointed Patrick Sullivan as its new engagement manageron its personal lines and auto team. He will be responsible fordeveloping relationships with existing and prospective members andassociates in order to help deliver the full membership value inAAIS.

“We are thrilled to have Pat joining AAIS as engagementmanager,” John Kadous, AAIS vice president of personal lines, saidin a press release. “His knowledge of the industry and broadnetwork of relationships will deliver tremendous value to AAIS andour members.”

A 'bigger playing field'

Before joining AAIS, Sullivan was an account executiveat Carpe Data, which provides data and data-related services tolife insurance and property & casualty companies. From 2009 to2017, he was an associate editor of Risk Information Inc., where heresearched and wrote for the Auto Insurance Report and PropertyInsurance Report.

Coming out of the InsurTech world, what I'mexcited about is joining a bigger playing field,” addsSullivan.

AAIS serves the property & casualty insurance industry withinsurance forms, rules and loss costs. More than 700 insurancecarriers across the U.S. depend on AAIS for policy forms andmanuals in commercial lines, inland marine, farm and ag businesslines and personal lines.
