When it comes to homeowners' insurance, the customers' experience will determine whether they are satisfied with their coverage, willing to recommend it to friends and colleagues, or feel like it's time to shop around for different coverage.

Clearsurance found that insureds in certain states are more likely to be happy with their insurance. In fact, the happiest states have an average score of 4.26 out of 5.0 for claims service.
