Shiv Kumar has been appointed president and global leader of GC Securities, Capital Markets. Kumar was previously global head of insurance structured finance at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Assured Risk Cover, a leading provider of StormPeace residential parametric insurance, announced that former Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty has joined its board of advisors. McCarty served as Florida's first appointed insurance commissioner from 2003 to 2016 and president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in 2012.
