Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has promoted Alex Dugand to regional managing director, Asia. Dugand was previously regional underwriting director for TMK's Asia division for the past two years.

Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John D. Doak has been named to the executive committee of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. Doak is currently serving in his second year as chair of the NAIC's Antifraud Task Force.

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has appointed Steve Denton president of its parent company, EPIC Holdings Inc, effective May 1, 2018. Prior to joining EPIC, Denton was CEO of national broker Beecher Carlson.

Mark James has been appointed senior vice president, global reinsurance for CNA. He most recently served as the deputy chief ceded reinsurance officer for AIG.

Volante Global Limited has appointed Jerry Probert underwriting and franchise director. Probert comes from QBE's European Operations where he was director of Europe.
