On March 1, the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF)held its annual Media Roundtable — a day for representativesfrom some of its key partner companies and the media to discussIICF's charitable successes in 2017 and initiatives for 2018.

Representatives from 15 companies highlighted theirphilanthropic acts from last year and what they hope to accomplishin the remaining months of 2018. Across the board, companiesfocused on empowering their communities, their customers and theiremployees.

“We're trying to be the philanthropic voice of the [insurance]industry,” said IICF CEO Bill Ross.
