When it comes to insurance, too many folks on all sides don'tunderstand the difference between mental fantasy and reality. Andthat is truly scary.

Let's consider two recent coverage queries that crossed theradar.

First, an example of how some outside our industry — let's callthem “attorneys” — clearly enjoy a mental fantasy that they notonly know something about insurance, but fancy themselves as theprotectors of unsuspecting victims from the subterfuges plotted bythe insurance industry.
