Salem, N.J.-based property and casualty insurer Farmersof Salem said for it second-quarter “Earn More, GiveBack” charitable drive, which allows its agents to donate $15 perpolicy to support Habitat for Humanity, that six agencies havealready donated to more than 15 policies each. As part of thepurchase agreement, OSG's team will join the internationaloperations of Sedgwick and its subsidiary, Vericlaim. Thetransaction is expected to close this month.
