Salem, N.J.-based property and casualty insurer Farmersof Salem said for it second-quarter “Earn More, GiveBack” charitable drive, which allows its agents to donate $15 perpolicy to support Habitat for Humanity, that six agencies havealready donated to more than 15 policies each. The company said itplans to raise $15,000 for Habitat for Humanity affiliates in NewJersey and Maryland.

Peabody, Mass.-based insurance and risk management softwareprovider Energi said it has released eServices, asoftware platform providing risk management, claims and marketingservices.

Memphis, Tenn.-based claims management servicescompany Sedgwick said it will acquireIreland-based outsource services provider OSG Group. As part of thepurchase agreement, OSG's team will join the internationaloperations of Sedgwick and its subsidiary, Vericlaim. Thetransaction is expected to close this month.
