Nashville, Tenn.-based Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party claims administration services provider, said it has promoted Matt Stickelmaier to national sales director from national account executive. He joined the company in 2011.
Washington, D.C.-based product liability consulting firm KCIC said it has promoted Michelle Potter to vice president from senior manager, and Carrie Scott to vice president from senior manager. Potter joined the firm in 2010 and Scott joined in 2012.
Bermuda-based global specialist insurer Hiscox has appointed Sean Hearden vice president and head of financial services. He joins from Chubb Specialty Insurance, and is based in Chicago.
