Dallas-based risk management consulting and insurance agency Dexter & Co. has announced the promotion of Royce DeRouen to senior vice president, and David Rambie to vice president. DeRouen will oversee the risk management consulting division after serving almost 20 years with the company. Rambie brings 10 years of insurance experience to his new position.

London-based Pioneer Underwriters has appointed Jessica Huhn-Kenzik vice president, and Jessica Heflin assistant vice president in its new environmental liability unit. The environmental liability team will report to Gary Dubois, president of Pioneer Special Risk. Both Huhn-Kenzik and Heflin join from XL Catlin.

Scott Wenclewicz, owner of Indianapolis-based Wenclewicz Insurance and founder of Powerful Agency Systems, has written a book, “16 Secrets to Growing Your Independent Insurance Agency.”

New York City-based Liberty International Underwriters has appointed William Bell senior vice president of environmental, Mike Nukk senior vice president of marine, and Rick Niehaus senior vice president of energy and construction. All three will be based in New York City and report to Michael Finnegan, chief underwriting officer for LIU’s U.S. operations.

Morristown, N.J.-based property and casualty insurance company ProSight Specialty Insurance has named Kevin Kenny senior executive of strategic initiatives. Kenny joins from Wells Fargo, where he was executive vice president of growth and business development, and head of insurance brokerage.

The San Diego, Calif.-based National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals has appointed real estate broker Leo Pareja as 2016 president elect. He is head of the Falls Church, Va.-based Leo Pareja Team with Keller Williams Realty.

Joe Nery, partner with Nery, Richardson LLC in Chicago, will be installed as the 2016 president at the association’s March conference in Washington, D.C.

The association also announced four additions to its board: Luis Padilla of Re/Max Oceanside Realty in Miami; Danny Hernandez of EVista Resources Realty in Kissimmee, Fla; David Acosta of David Acosta Group in El Paso, Texas; and Pamela Valenciano of Solutions Real Estate in Carlsbad, Calif.

Departing from the board are: Jason Madiedo, J.J. Lopez, J.R. Martinez and Sergio Barajas.

New York City-based peer-to-peer insurance carrier Lemonade announced that Ty Sagalow, one of its founding team members, has been appointed chief insurance officer. Sagalow previously served as chief underwriting officer and president of product development at AIG, as well as executive vice president and chief innovation officer at Zurich North America.

Lemonade also appointed Robert Giurlando, chief underwriting officer; James Hageman, chief claims officer; and Ron Topping, chief financial officer.

Nashville-based third-party claims administration services provider Alternative Service Concepts has appointed Pam Finch chief operations officer. Finch has held various positions for nearly 14 years at Alternative Service Concepts, her most recent being vice president.

Dallas-based property and casualty managing general agency Arcana Insurance Services LP has appointed Ted Lamb president and chief operating officer. He previously served as COO at Overby-Seawell Co. and as president of United Bank in Chattanooga, Tenn

Atlanta-based claims management software provider Crawford & Co. has named Richard Grganto national general adjuster for Crawford GTS. He will be based in Schaumburg, Ill. Grganto previously worked for Crawford from 1991 until 2004, when he was branch manager for the Crawford Chicago Property Center.
