New York City-based property and casualty insurance servicesprovider Ironshore Inc. andShanghai-based investment company Fosun International Ltd. announced thatFosun has completed the acquisition of the remaining 80% equityinterest in Ironshore. Fosun has received approvals from allrelevant regulatory authorities in the United States, the UnitedKingdom and other jurisdictions for its acquisition. Fosunpreviously acquired a 20% stake in Ironshore in February.

Florida Peninsula Insurance Co. announcedthat it has expanded its Boca Raton headquarters byapproximately 6,000 square feet, bringing the total office space toover 20,000 square feet.
