All Risks Ltd. announced the acquisition ofTower Program Insurance Services, Inc. Towerfounders, Patrick Shea and Scott Hermesmeyer will assume positionsat All Risks as Directors of the National Tower ConstructionProgram, while continuing to operate from Austin.
