Lockton announced its appointment ofJay Chappell as Chief Operating Officer for itsLockton Dallas/Fortworth property-casualty operations. Chappellbrings more than 20 years of strategic planning and businessdevelopment experience and will lead a team of 125 associates inboth Dallas and Fort Worth. Chappell will provide leadership andstrategic business oversight for client service for Lockton's riskmanagement. With an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and middle marketcompanies, the operation serves more than 800 clients.

Willis Group Holdings announced the appointmentof Nicolas Aubert, Willis GB CEO, to the ExecutiveCommittee and Board of the London & International InsuranceBrokers' Association (LIIBA). Aubert is also appointed to theLondon Market Group (LMG) as a LIIBA representative.

Spencer Re has appointed JustinJones as vice president of sales. Prior to joining SpencerRe, Jones served as vice president at Coffeen Management where hebuilt and managed the national sales team while he simultaneouslydeveloped and managed complex insurance transactions for dealeracquisitions. Soon after he began his career selling cars, Jonesbecame an F&I manager, sales manager, F&I director, thengeneral sales manager.

Jeffrey Cornwell has joined CunninghamLindsay as U.S. head of Forensic Advisory Services (FAS).FAS is an independent division that specializes in thequantification of business interruption and financial lossesincident to insurance claims. With more than 30 years forensicaccounting expertise, Jeffrey will lead the division's team ofprofessionals in the expansion of Cunningham Lindsay's ForensicAdvisory Services Team into the U.S. Jeffrey will also work closelywith Cunningham Lindsay's Major and Complex Loss (MCL) team, alongwith other adjusters in the industry on catastrophe and major lossquantification.

Assurance announced the addition ofJason Mandik as vice president for its Property& Casualty division. With more than 10 years of insuranceexperience, Mandik will consult staffing executives on workers'compensation and other business insurance solutions.

Assurance also announced the appointment ofJeff Ciecko to its surety practice. Ciecko, whowill serve as vice president, will focus on construction andcommercial surety products for mid-market to nationalcompanies.
