The Target Markets ProgramAdministrators Association (TMPAA) announced that HeidiStrommen has been elected to serve as the TMPAA president aftercompletion of current President David Springer's term in January2015.

Strommen began her career as a policy aalyst at the MinnesotaDepartment of Commerce in 1986, where she served as executivedirector of the Minnesota Medical Malpractice Joint UnderwritingAssociation and the Minnesota PetroFund. She joined programadminstrator ProHost USA,Inc. in 1990 as vice president of operations and joined theboard of directors in 1994. In 2008, Strommen was namedpresident of ProHost.

She is a charter member of the TMPAA where she serves as a boardmember and chair of the Women's Networking Committee. She attainedthe Certified Programs Leader (CPL) Designation from the TMPAA in2013. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree fromCornell University.

TMPAA is an organization dedicated to the unique challenges ofinsurance program administration. The TMPAA's mission is to helpProgram Administrators conduct their business more efficiently,with greater proficiency and profitability.
