The Pennsylvania Assn. of Mutual Insurance Cos. announced Ron Gallagher as its next president. Mr. Gallagher will assume the role on March 10, 2014, overlapping three months with current president Steve Elliot, who will retire after serving for 15 years.
The Property Casualty Insurers Assn. of America announced three new hires. Tom Glassic joined the association as vice president, policy and government relations. Nicole Austin will assume the role of assistant vice presidentm federal government relations, and Ann Gray was promoted to director, federal government relations.
