Verisk Analytics Inc., the supplier of data to insurers andbanks, agreed to buy EagleView Technology Corp. for $650 million incash, according to Bloomberg.
|The deal will allow Verisk to bolster its underwriting softwareand expand offerings to insurance and government customers.According to the article, Verisk said the transaction maybe completed by July 15.
|EagleView's image library covers more than 1 million squaremiles.
