|The Contractors Pollution Liability Owner-Controlled InsuranceProgram is designed for hospitals, outpatient facilities, clinics,assisted living operations and other health-related buildingprojects.
|Coverage includes:
- Sudden, accidental and gradual pollution coverage from coveredoperations; pollution conditions to include fungi and bacteria,including legionella, on an occurrence basis
- Bodily injury, property damage and remediation costs withcoverage limits of up to $50 million
- Standard coverage grants such as blanket non-owned disposalsites and supplementary payments; coverage to be written as anOwner Contractor-Controlled Insurance Program
