How do you communicate with your customers to meet their needs?
Tribuzio: "Our customers are of utmost importance. After implementation and over the years, we've stayed in close contact with our clients, ensuring they continue to configure and optimize SIMS Claims to achieve their business objectives—in particular to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability in day-to-day operations. If clients have technical issues, we respond quickly. Our prompt turnaround has garnered praise among our clients. In addition, clients understand we're continually investing in our product roadmap. They provide product input that drives development and our entire user community benefits from these contributed ideas."
