How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs?

Our customers are often our best resource for product enhancements and improvements, so we have a client advisory board that works closely with our product managers and developers to drive changes to our solutions. It's important that our customers know what we're focusing on in terms of product development, so they can see their priorities are also our priorities.”
