How do you communicate with your insurance carriercustomers to meet their needs?
Bauer: “It's simple,we talk to them often. Almost every customer we work with has comeback to add to or expand their solutions. It is through thatlistening and sharing of ideas that our product set has grownthrough the years, introducing new uses for our core products, aswell as creating new products.”

What are some of the positive developments your companyhas achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid acrowded solution-provider market?
Bauer: “Interfaceis our business, so we look for ways to address industry andcustomer pain points, take current solutions to the next level, andhelp more carriers participate. Some of those focuses are:

  • AL3Expert and AL3Analyzer to increase efficiency and ensurecarriers are current on standards and agency system differences atall times.
  • The ability within a real time rating submission based on acarrier's underwriting and rating rules, to collect missing datafrom the agent, as well as make web service calls to third parties,and integrate that data in to the quote request from comparativeraters or direct from GAs.
  • Commercial lines bridging success that saves thousands ofkeystrokes by eliminating rekeying of fleets and schedules.
