To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers?Pitcher: "Our commitment to our relationship with our clients is our number-one priority. We really focus on being a good partner. We want to have a long-lasting relationship with our clients and work to ensure that we deal fairly, openly and honestly with them."
How do you communicate with your customers to meet their needs?Pitcher: "Our system is highly configurable and meets individual client needs without the need to 'affect' the core system or other clients. There is no dependency for a client to have to wait for a release or new version to be able to have new functionality or workflows. We have weekly client calls to ensure open communication and each client has a business analyst assigned to them as well as technical folks."
