To what do you attribute the positive ratings from your customers?

Insurer Claims offers strong core claims management functionality with pre-built interfaces, claims analytics, and advanced capabilities, such as catastrophe and fraud management, and comprehensive supply chain management functionality to help insurers achieve greater value.”

How do you communicate with your insurance carrier customers to meet their needs?
King: “Innovation Group works in most of the world's largest insurance markets, offering software and business services focused on claims for personal, commercial and specialty lines. Our customers provide input into our ongoing R&D process on a regular basis. This happens through regular customer meetings, project implementations, customer advisory board meetings, and through our own performance benchmarks in our business process operations.
