A core component of the survey is the ratingof carriers on the factors most important to producers. Producerswere asked to rate only carriers with which they were familiar andonly on factors that were important to them—therefore providinghighly accurate data.
The top-rated carriers for each factor are shown (inalphabetical order), with the highest-rated carrier identified.
The factors were also ranked by their importance to producers ona nine-point scale: The “Factor Importance” column at right showshow each factor ranks in producers' assessment of acarrier.
