StoneRiver attributes its RAVE Award for reinsurance administration to both its customer service record and the company's focus upon customer needs.
"We believe we provide the best customer service in the reinsurance marketplace today for vendor solutions," says Craig Robinson, senior reinsurance sales engineer for StoneRiver. "We respond to client issues within hours and we work diligently to provide a solid reinsurance system that is easy-to-use. Customer service has been such a keen focus for StoneRiver that we've included 'thrill customers' as a central tenant to our internal mission statement and cultural belief system as a company."
StoneRiver has an active user group that meets quarterly. In addition, all clients are encouraged to submit suggestions for the vendor's yearly system enhancements, according to Robinson. StoneRiver provides 650 hours from the clients' maintenance fees to fund these system enhancements.
