StoneRiver attributes its RAVE Award forreinsurance administration to both its customer service record andthe company's focus upon customer needs.

"Werespond to client issues within hours and we work diligently toprovide a solid reinsurance system that is easy-to-use. Customerservice has been such a keen focus for StoneRiver that we'veincluded 'thrill customers' as a central tenant to our internalmission statement and cultural belief system as a company."

StoneRiver has an active user group that meets quarterly. Inaddition, all clients are encouraged to submit suggestions for thevendor's yearly system enhancements, according to Robinson.StoneRiver provides 650 hours from the clients' maintenance fees tofund these system enhancements.

The ACE rankings are the basis for the RAVE Awards from Novaricaand Tech Decisions.

StoneRiver produces two market-driven product releases a year,according to Robinson. One of the releases addresses the needs ofclients and the needs of the reinsurance industry; the secondrelease is for any statutory changes that are required.

In addition to "one click" schedule F preparation, StoneRiverhas now added "one click" schedule P preparation, according toRobinson.

"We believe we are the only vendor to offer this importantfunctionality," says Robinson. "StoneRiver continually works tomeet the needs of the market in a way that makes our product standout."
