Lasher contends that as a provider of business intelligencesolutions, understanding each customer and all of their needs isessential to delivering value to the marketplace.

"The dynamic nature of the P&C industry and the changinginformation requirements means this needs to occur on an on-goingbasis versus a scheduled timeline," he says. "To facilitate a moreformal way for customers to provide input and help prioritize oursolution development; we established a customer advisory boardthree years ago. Our customers have been instrumental in guidingour direction and very supportive of our efforts.
