An even bigger shift you'll notice going forward issignificantly enhanced coverage of issues of keen interest to riskmanagers—those ultimately responsible for so many of the buyingdecisions in the world of commercial insurance.

It's only appropriate that I make this announcement in the issuewhich we'll be distributing at the world's most important gatheringof risk managers—the annual conference of the Risk and InsuranceManagement Society, being held May 1-5 in Vancouver.
