NetMap for Claims and NetMap for ClaimSearch, technology used toaid in discovering insurance claim fraud, have been enhanced byISO. The software has the ability to uncover fraudulent activity patterns of both claimants and serviceproviders and functions as part of the NetMap suite, which is ableto connect internal claims data with the public portal.
|According to Richard Della Rocca, ISO Claims Solutions vicepresident, customer feedback on these changes has been positive. Headded that the system's features help improve the overall userexperience and streamline workflow.
|The updated software now looks more closely for patterns throughindirect connections and allows for analytics and incorrect orduplicate data to be managed and organized more effectively. Thesystem also has improved graphics with the addition of the “dragand drop” feature and integrates more smoothly with third-partydata and the Decision Net public records gateway.
