Vertafore, a provider of software and information to the insurance industry, announced the start of an authorized provider network for education providers across the country. The Vertafore Authorized Provider Network is a new service that simplifies the transfer and management of continuing education (CE) information spanning the entire insurance industry.
The network includes over 3,000 authorized education providers using an online compliance portal to easily report CE course completion in all jurisdictions and to submit courses and course offerings, as well as course schedules, for state approval.
The authorized provider network offers three membership levels: basic, advantage and premier. Each level includes Vertafore’s state filings, monthly billing and dedicated customer support. The advantage and premier levels include national filings to all states, the District of Columbia, and data feeds to third parties.
The premier option includes all of the above, plus access to Sircon ProducerEDGE, Vertafore’s personalized compliance tool that enables producers to quickly and easily manage individual compliance.
“Education providers want a simplified process for compliance filing requirements across all states,” says Tim Owen, vice president of Sircon product management at Vertafore. “The authorized provider network’s goal is to help address these long unmet industry needs.”
