Nationwide Insurance has introduced enhanced offerings for consumers using mobile devices. The Nationwide Mobile app for iPhone and iPod touch is now available for Android users, and a new mobile Web site will make interaction with Nationwide easier on any mobile platform.
Nationwide Mobile, which provides a tool kit for customers to use following a car accident as well as access to their Nationwide account information, will be available for Android users beginning this month. This popular app has been downloaded more than 100,000 times by iPhone and iPod touch owners and has been used by more than 500 customers to begin the insurance claims process after a car accident.
Additionally, Nationwide has enhanced its mobile Web site (m.nationwide.com)
