Baechle will also be responsible for maintaining, developing and executing on both growth and client strategies. In addition, he will manage Willis' market relationships and client service delivery, including personnel and technology.
Prior to joining Willis, Baechle served as the national surety leader at Integro Insurance Brokers. He has also held roles at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co. and XL Surety.
