OneShield, Inc., the developer of OneShield Dragon, a rules- and tools-based, data-driven policy management solution, announces the establishment of the company's Global Strategy Division.

Leading OneShield's initiatives and entry into markets outside of North America is Liza Smith, recently hired as general manager of OneShield Global Strategy. Smith joins OneShield from EMC Document Sciences where she was vice president and global head of insurance.
