Blue Frog Solutions, a provider of life/annuity order management, client management and compliance solutions for the insurance and financial sectors, announced that it is expanding the functionality of its PolicyBox electronic policy delivery system.
PolicyBox is an electronic policy and post issue document delivery system for the insurance and finance industries. This Web-based system provides much more than simple PDF document delivery to the consumer. It allows for each level of the distribution channel to offer its own branding and marketing appeal to its downstream customers. PolicyBox supports the needs of carriers, general agencies, broker/dealers and producers.
Blue Frog is expanding the PolicyBox functionality to include policy owner service ability for both self service and call centers. The self-service function enables the consumer to search for specific service items, fill in forms and sign them electronically. The system then submits these electronic forms to the carrier when completed. The call center approach provides a means for the center to start the process and pass a secure link to the consumer whereby they complete any required documents, sign, and return them electronically.
