Blue Frog Solutions, a provider of life/annuity ordermanagement, client management and compliance solutions for theinsurance and financial sectors, announced that it is expanding the functionalityof its PolicyBox electronic policy delivery system.

PolicyBox is an electronic policy and post issue documentdelivery system for the insurance and finance industries. ThisWeb-based system provides much more than simple PDF documentdelivery to the consumer. It allows for each level of thedistribution channel to offer its own branding and marketing appealto its downstream customers. PolicyBox supports the needs ofcarriers, general agencies, broker/dealers and producers.

Blue Frog is expanding the PolicyBox functionality to includepolicy owner service ability for both self service and callcenters. The self-service function enables the consumer tosearch for specific service items, fill in forms and sign themelectronically. The system then submits these electronic forms tothe carrier when completed. The call center approach provides ameans for the center to start the process and pass a secure link tothe consumer whereby they complete any required documents, sign,and return them electronically.
