Employees of Farmers Insurance have relocated to their new175,000 foot facility in Oklahoma City. The new, technicallyadvanced facility is environmentally-friendly and designed toLEED specifications. It is home to the company's HelpPoint contactcenter, claims, imaging, and data center operations.

The staged move began in early October and was conducted overfive weekends to minimize the impact on customers andemployees.

"Our goal was a first-class facility that our employees and thecommunity would be proud of. At the same time, we wanted a facilitythat was environmentally-friendly. We accomplished our goals," saysfacilities manager, Nicolle Welsh.
