Willis Group Holdings has named Graham Bayly senior vice president in its Chicago office. Bayly will join the client service team led by Managing Director Scott Meyer. He will be responsible for business development and client advocacy in the private equity and packaging space.

Bayly joins Willis from Lockton in Chicago where he performed in a similar capacity, serving as a partner and risk management adviser focusing on the packaging sector, including paperboard, thermoplastics, injection molding and more.
