Crawford has more than 45 years of leading insurance companies through growth strategies. Most recently, he served as founder and president at Crawford Corp. Coaching where he has coached senior executives across the business landscape.
Crawford has served on numerous insurance industry professional association boards, as well as, company boards as either director or chair for the property and casualty and life insurance sectors. He's served on the advisory board of many educational institutions and has given commencement addresses at three major universities. In 2007, he received the prestigious Turknett Leadership Award which is based on character and integrity in leadership at the CEO level.
