Arison Insurance Services acquires Benefits Solutions

The purchase of Benefits Solutions is the first step in the cquisition strategy announced by Arison last year. The company has experienced significant growth since being purchased from Anthem by Assurance Investment Partners in July 2008.

Arison Insurance Services Inc. has acquired Benefits Solutions LLC. The acquisition creates Arison’s seventh regional office in Kentucky.

Previously known as Benefits Made Simple LLC, Benefits Solutions is one of the largest benefits agencies in the state. The brokerage manages health insurance, 401k plans and ancillary insurance products including life, disability, dental, vision, cancer and more for its diverse client roster.
