RIMS elects new president; board of directors

RIMS promotes Fleming to serve as president during the 2010 term.

The Risk & Insurance Management Society Inc. declared Terry Fleming will serve as president for the 2010 term, effective Jan. 1.

Fleming, director of the division of risk management for Montgomery County, Md., is vice president of RIMS, and has served on the board of directors since 2004. He also is the former president of the RIMS Potomac Chapter and Public Risk Management Assn., Maryland Chapter.
